KRA VAT Registration for Sole Proprietor
Duration: up-to 48 hours (after requirements provided)
Requirements: For a Sole Proprietor, he/she will need to provide Business Name Certificate (scanned copy), Date of Birth of Sole Proprietor, District of Birth of Sole Proprietor, Postal Address, Phone number, Email Address.
Important!: Please note that most Business Name details that have been registered at Company Registry as Sole Proprietor have not been uploaded to KRA system. Therefore Dealpoa will require to take your Business Name Certificate, KRA PIN of Sole Proprietor to KRA Times Tower (Nairobi) for Data Loading before processing your KRA VAT for your Sole Proprietor Business.
