CR-12 Letter is a very important document for any company that wants to bid for Government Tenders especially for those entrepreneurs looking to apply for AGPO Certificate.

You can also use the CR-12 letter to check if your company was registered correctly at the Company Registry. Some banks might request this letter if you are looking to open an account or borrow a loan.

This letter usually contains information such as the shareholding structure in the company for examples, the names of company directors, number of shares that each director holds.

Requirements

1. Company Letterhead – you will need to write a letter to Company Registry to request for the CR-12 company check up.

2. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation – you will need to photocopy your original certificate of incorporation which will be required for verification.
